BeermatCut Store provides registered Users with the “Creators Gallery” feature, designed to showcase works created using products purchased from beermatcut.com (hereinafter referred to as the Store).
By publishing a photo, the User declares that they are its author and have full rights to the presented item (handcraft).
Discount Mechanism
In exchange for providing high-quality content, the Store offers the User a one-time 5% discount on subsequent purchases.
To receive the discount, the following conditions must be met simultaneously:
Uploading an aesthetic photo of the finished work.
Providing a title.
Selecting a work category.
Indicating from the BeermatCut product list the specific product(s) used to create the work shown in the photo.
The discount is granted immediately (automatically) after the User uploads the photo. Its presence will be highlighted in the cart during subsequent purchases.
The granted discount remains active only as long as the associated photo remains in the Creators Gallery.
If the User removes the photo before completing an order using the applied discount, the system automatically cancels (revokes) the granted discount. The User loses the right to the discount resulting from the removed work.
License and Photo Rights
Upon adding a photo to the Creators Gallery, the User grants the Store Administrator a free, non-exclusive, territorially unlimited license for an indefinite period to use the submitted visual material (photo).
The license includes the right to:
record and reproduce using digital technology,
store in computer memory and other electronic devices,
make publicly available in such a way that anyone can access it at a place and time of their choosing (particularly on the internet),
use in promotional and marketing materials of the BeermatCut brand, including on social media,
process and modify using artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including for the purpose of creating promotional materials, graphics, and other visual content.
Publication Permanence: Due to the granted material benefit (discount), the User acknowledges that after using the discount code, immediate removal of the photo from the Gallery is not possible through the Creators Gallery interface.
The User agrees not to remove the photo for which they received and used a discount. If the User wishes to remove the photo for special reasons, they should contact Store support. The Store reserves the right to keep the photo in the archive for evidentiary purposes and in promotional materials published before the date of the removal request.
Liability and Safeguards
The Store reserves the right to moderate and reject photos that:
are of low technical quality,
do not show products purchased from the Store,
are offensive, vulgar, or violate the rights of third parties.
In such cases, the discount will not be granted.
The User bears full legal responsibility if the photo they publish infringes copyrights or other rights of third parties. The User agrees to indemnify the Store from any claims by third parties arising from the violation of these rights.
